Company secretarial services and shareholder communications

Over the years, I've tended to carry out company secretarial functions for the companies I've been involved with as well as creating new share structures and transactions and writing the letters to shareholders explaining these events.

Software
To facilitate this, I use the online service of the Irish Companies Registration Office. This allows me to generate CRO returns and make electronic filings.

Capital structure design
I can provide a wider company secretarial service than normal - not only the basic statutory functions, but also the design and communication of share transactions and capital structures. 

Communications
I can help with all forms of shareholder communications, including announcements of corporate events and transactions. These need clear and crisp language together with the ability to distil the essence of complex issues into plain English.
